Reports to: Director of Federal Installation and Support

Job Summary:

Owl is hiring for an Operational Support Administrator who will oversee administrative functions of the Owl Federal Support Team. This role will contribute to meeting customer needs in a timely manner through the support arm.  This role will also contribute to resolving trouble tickets on Owl product lines in a junior level capacity.  This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a position to support a highly impactful and mission focused client base.  This position is newly created to allow Owl to grow into the next phase of our organization.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reporting on Owl’s service desk and installation team
    • Includes ticket resolution against Service Level Agreements
    • Client satisfaction post support experience and post installation experience
  • Return Material Authorization support
    • Creation of Purchase Requests for replacements
    • Physical boxing and shipping of Owl products
    • Quote requests to vendors for repairs
  • Delivery coordination of Owl Product releases to include patches
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree is desired
  • Experience
    • 0-2 years’ experience in administrative tasking with a desire to enter a technical field
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    • MS Office competency (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge of CostPoint (a plus)
    • Knowledge of HubSpot (a plus)
  • Additional Competencies/Requirements
    • Attention to detail
    • Comprehensive reporting
    • Ability to interact with Owl executives as required
    • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to pivot work as required
    • Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret level Government clearance
