In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of supply goods from suppliers through the product delivery. The Supply Chain Manager will ensure that products are available to meet the sales and operations plan as well as overseeing all supplier development, negotiations, management, and execution.

Job Summary:
Due to continued growth, Owl is hiring for a Sr. Supply Chain Manager. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of supply goods from suppliers through the product delivery. The Supply Chain Manager will ensure that products are available to meet the sales and operations plan as well as overseeing all supplier development, negotiations, management, and execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyzes supply chain data to ensure material and product is available and ready to deliver on time and at cost
- Manages negotiations and supplier relationships
- Establishes and achieves forecast supply to meet the sales and operation plan to include procurement and production
- Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develops and manages Contract Manufactures
- Negotiates supplier agreements and ensures suppliers meet contractual requirements
- Manages the procurement team
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- Supply Chain and APICS certifications a plus
- Experience
- Seven (7) years of supply chain experience in a procurement role
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Must have excellent computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Sales CRM tools, ERP/MRP systems as a strong plus
- AI experience is strongly desired
- Must have experience working in a team oriented, fast paced environment
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Must adapt well to changing environment
- Additional Competencies/Requirements
- Due to US Government contracts, US Citizenship is required
